Effective Use of Time

As working environments grow ever more hectic and demanding, the majority of the workforce faces increased workloads and competing priorities. Forward-thinking organizations are recognizing the need to manage valuable time more wisely through constructive planning and prioritizing both in order to maximize the value of individual output and minimize the stress that has become a daily part of working life.

This course teaches how to establish business and life goals, to maintain a healthy work/life balance and how to focus these goals to succeed. After the course participants will benefit from more effective use of their time, improved delegation, reduced stress levels and higher productivity.
