Problem Solving and Decision Making

Every day managers and staff are tackling problems and making decisions that affect the overall performance of the business. Business problem solving requires teamwork, use of creative and analytical techniques and a structured approach in order to drive business performance and improvement and gain competitive advantage. Effective problem solving combined with creative decision making and evaluation increases productivity, reduces waste and improves customer satisfaction.
