Delegation & Empowerment

Programme
Objectives

Delegation and empowerment can be confused as one and the same thing. They are in fact related but different. Both delegation and empowerment need to be employed by leaders in order to lead productively and contribute towards both individual and team development and motivation.

Delegation can be a challenging area of leadership. Managers often consider that they do not have the time or skills to develop others and that it can be quicker to complete the task themselves.
But delegating can have significant benefits for you and your team, freeing up your time so you can focus on what's really important and empowering your staff to improve motivation, ownership and job satisfaction.

Effective delegating is a true combination of art and science. This course will help you to improve your delegation skills. You will learn the unique abilities to improve performance, empower employees in a way that energizes them and is naturally rewarding for them.
